i lik'um tigers.

In Thailand there is a temple called the Tiger Temple. I have seen many-a photos from the tourists who stop by and have their pictures taken. 

More often than not, the tigers seem to be doped up pretty heavily and positioned in a sleep-time-fashion. The occasional image of the tigers with their eyes open and mobile flowing around the Internet are a nice surprise.

Don't get me wrong, I plan on visiting this place one day. So's I can cradle the head of a comatose tiger in my lap for a good photo op... but until then... what the hell is going on at this place?! 

Monks or no monks, these tigers are very "zen". 

so, i guess the economy is bad or something...?
